How do I find out how much my property is worth?

Gilbert & Cleveland always offer a free, no obligation valuation, we will visit your home and give you a verbal indication of the current value that we will then confirm in writing to you.

Will I conduct viewings on my own?

Our experienced agents are on hand to help you throughout the viewings process and will provide feedback after each appointment, as well as keeping you regularly updated on the overall interest your property is receiving.

How much will it cost to sell my property?

We pride ourselves on complete transparency with our fees and will talk you through our commission charges to ensure you are completely happy before signing any agency agreements. We will also explain any other costs you may be liable for such as an energy performance certificate and conveyancing fees.

Will you take my property off the market once we have accepted an offer?

Only after satisfactory sales checks including confirmation of the buyers financial ability to proceed and a secure sales chain.

When do we have to pay your fees?

We operate on a no sale, no fee policy so it is only when your property completes that you will need to pay our agency fees. These will be shown on your completion statement from your solicitor or conveyancer.
